One of the elegant works in Fine Arts Museum is a snowy landscape which is on exhibit at modern gallery of the first floor of this museum.

This work was painted by George F. Schultze in Russian school.

Born in Chicago on 17 April 1869, George F. Schultz was taught by his father to love art and the beauties of nature.  At age fifteen, he was known as a “decorator of souvenirs,” perhaps decorative paintings on porcelain.  Schultz would become a highly respected artist who exhibited over one hundred works at the Art Institute of Chicago annuals, between 1889 and 1925.

It was noted that Schultz spent part of 1895 on Monhegan Island, which artists had discovered in 1858.

Fine Arts Museum displays numerous beautiful paintings in western and eastern styles.

The painting gallery consists of: works by recent famous Iranian painters such as: Sohrab Sepehri, Hossein Mahjobi, Faramarz Pil Aram, Hossein Zende Roodi, Kelara Abkar and etc.

In the remaining sections of this museum there are western style paintings from 17 to 20th century. Some of the painters are: Salvador Dali, Peter Graham, Ivanovic Shishkin and Joule Berton.
