The latest work of Master Farshchian, called ” Praising the Lord” which was unveiled by Iranian Office for Visual Arts Director, Adviser of Cultural Heritage Organization, Director of Saadabad and several artists and officials On January 2012, is on exhibit in Master Farshchian Miniature Museum.
This unique and elegant work was painted by Master Farshchian while he was 83 and was donated by him to Astan e Quds Museum (located at the Holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad) and is on exhibit in Saadabad Complex only for one more year.
In this miniature, Master Farshchian, the illustrious Iranian miniaturist, tried to feature that all the creatures in the world, are worshiping God. He mentioned that he was inspired by this verse of Quran: “Whatever in the heavens and whatever in the earth declare the glory of Allah”.
Farshchian’s masterpieces have been hosted by numerous museums and exhibitions worldwide. He is recognized as the most important modernizing influence in the field of miniatures. His name has been registered on Britain’s list of 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st century and also he has acquired the golden Oscar Statue of Italy, the golden palm of art of Italy, Europe`s academic diploma, the gold medal of International Festival of Art in Belgium and etc.
